Getting Started

Getting started with Nimble Compensation is quick and easy! Follow these steps to set up your account and start accessing your earnings:

Once your account has been created, you’ll receive an email invitation to join Nimble Compensation. Click the link in the email to set up your password.

Step 2: Stay Notified
After your earnings are approved each pay period, you’ll receive an email letting you know they’re ready for review. Log in to your dashboard to see all the details.

Reviewing and Managing Your Earnings

To ensure transparency and accuracy in your compensation, Nimble Compensation allows you to review, agree with, or dispute your earnings for each deal. Follow these steps to manage your earnings effectively:

Step 1: Access Your Washout Sheet
After logging in, navigate to the My Pay section to view a summary of your recent deals and their statuses.

Step 2: Select a Pay Period to Review
Open any pay period to review your earnings. Pay periods will automatically update, allowing you to track your earnings in real time.

Select the pay period you want to review.

Step 3: Review Your Earnings
Review all the details of your earnings here to ensure everything aligns with your records.

Step 4: Sign Off on Your Earnings
If all details are correct, click the Agree button in the upper right-hand corner of the Earnings Report. This action signifies your acceptance of the earnings as presented. Once you click this button, the payroll team will be notified of your agreement.

Step 5: Dispute Your Earnings
You can dispute your earnings in two ways. Whenever you dispute something, the payroll team is immediately notified.

  • Click the Dispute button.
  • A form will appear; provide a clear explanation of the issue and any supporting information.
  • Submit the dispute to notify your manager or payroll department for further review.

If you are missing information or have a general issue, you can use the Dispute button in the right-hand corner of the Earnings Report.

Step 6: Monitor Dispute Status
After submitting a dispute, you can track its status in the Disputes section. You’ll receive updates as your concern is addressed.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your earnings are accurate and address any issues promptly, maintaining trust and transparency in your compensation process.
