Reduce Errors

Missing critical data our software will notify you important information is missing.

Here's what sucks...

You have just spent the last 5 days working on calculating commissions. You finally have everything submitted in your payroll system and get to take a breath...until your phone starts ringing. Your sales team just received their washout sheets and you are getting a call because you didn't include their PTO.

How about Smart Alerts?

How many times have you missed something in your commission spreadsheet? Sometimes, it is something simple like forgetting to add a vacation rate. Other times, it has a more significant impact. We get it while Nimble Compensation eliminates most manual data entry; sometimes it is necessary.

That is why we have included smart alerts in Nimble Compensation.

Who is this for?

Anyone calculating commissions and earnings.

Why does this matter?

Smart alerts are another feature that helps reduce errors, saving you time, boosting dealership profit, and building trust with your employees.

What do you need to know?

‍‍When we set up pay plans, we include smart alerts to notify users if critical data is missing and should be corrected.

A simple example is a missing vacation or PTO rate for an employee. Based on the data sources, our system automatically calculates vacation pay. Still, if an employee's vacation rate is missing, we will alert the user to ensure a rate gets added to Nimble Compensation.

Another fantastic example is the platform automatically detects new employees for you. In most Excel-based commission spreadsheets, adding, removing, and changing employees' pay plans takes time and effort.

With Nimble Compensation, these types of updates take seconds. You can check out more about the Managing Employees feature.

How does this help you?

  • Reduces errors as a result of missing data
  • Catches data anomalies with significant variances from a typical range
